ROD Air Force
The Air Force is responsible for fighting and winning in the air. They are responsible for maintaining air superiority and supporting friendly troops on the ground. They are also responsible for strategic and tactical mobility, reconnaissance and surveillance, and command and control of air operations.
In addition to robust headquarters for the Air Force and the Joint Forces Staff, the force structure includes commands for training, facilities, medical, human resources, judicial and law enforcement, and recruiting. However, the five numbered air forces are the tip of the Air Force spear.
